How many branches does Nails Queen have?
We currently have only one exclusive location: Nails Queen at 422 Queen Street West, in the heart of downtown Toronto. Please note that we are an independent boutique salon and are not affiliated with any other 'Queen' named shops in the city. This allows us to focus all our energy on providing the highest quality, personalized service that our loyal Nails Queen clients have trusted since 2015.

We are the original Nails Queen located exclusively at 422 Queen Street West, Toronto. To ensure you are visiting our boutique salon, please always book directly through our official website www.nailsqueen.ca or call us at 647-351-5168. We have no other branches and are not affiliated with other salons using similar names.
Do you accept walk-ins or is it appointment only?
To provide the most personalized and high-quality experience, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance. While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins based on daily availability, scheduled clients receive priority to ensure no rushing and perfect results.
Which payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment methods including Debit (Interac), Visa, Mastercard, and Cash. We also offer Gift Cards which can be purchased and redeemed in-store.
What is your cancellation or lateness policy?
We value your time and ours. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call us. We may need to adjust your service or reschedule to avoid delaying the next client. For cancellations, we appreciate at least 24 hours' notice.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
We understand plans change! You can reschedule or cancel by calling us at 647-351-5168 or through your confirmation email. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the time slot to another client on our waiting list.
Do you offer group bookings for special occasions?
Yes, we love hosting groups! Whether it’s a birthday, bridal shower, or just a day out with friends, please contact us in advance so we can arrange for multiple technicians to serve your group at the same time
